Bridgeport retirement facility brings in professors to help seniors improve their memory

When it comes to your brain, doctors say if you don't use it, you lose it. So Watermark at 3030 Park in Bridgeport is always thinking of clever ways to help its seniors.

The retirement facility is bringing in professors from local universities as part of a program called Students for Life. Watermark says learning strengthens networks within the brain, which is why this kind of event is so valuable.

Watermark says it offers other activities that boost the brain like art therapy, physical activities and socialization.
