A Lumberton mother has been sentenced to four years in prison for passing out on top of her toddler, killing him, while she was high.
Officials say Antoinette King rolled over onto her 13-month-old son Jerimiah in January.
They say she admitted to drinking and taking Percocet pills before collapsing.
Authorities say the pills were laced with a synthetic opioid, making it 10,000 times more powerful than morphine.
