NY's attorney general investigating if WeWork cofounder indulged in self-dealing

The New York State attorney general is investigating whether WeWork cofounder Adam Neumann indulged in self-dealing to enrich himself. Neumann reportedly borrowed against his own stake in WeWork by buying properties, and leased them to WeWork.

California will halt government purchases of new vehicles from automakers backing President Donald Trump's push to strip the state of its emissions regulation authority. The list includes GM, Toyota, Fiat Chrysler and others. California will buy only from automakers that recognize its authority.

Beauty conglomerate Coty announced it would take a 51% take in Kylie Cosmetics for $600 million. Shares of Coty spiked due to the news. Kylie Jenner will retain creative control of the company with a minority stake. Coty says it plans to take Kylie Cosmetics global.
