Police seek 3 suspects who stole $11K worth of fur coats

Posted: Updated:

Westport police are searching for the people who stole $11,000 worth of fur coats.

It happened at Albe Furs on Post Road East around 11:30 a.m. Friday.

Officers say three men came in, grabbed the coats from the racks and took off.

Police say another local business contacted police to report they believe the same suspects had been in their store the day before inquiring about fur coats. They say nothing was taken that time.

Witnesses were able to describe the suspects and their getaway car, but so far, no arrests have been made.
