A 92-year-old Stamford woman shows no signs of slowing down.

Hedda Batwin says staying active has kept her going. She says she has loved dancing ever since she was 5 years old.

Batwin works out at one of Billy Blanks' studios in Greenwich.

"I think I'm 60 in my head, and I don't allow myself to just relax and do nothing,” she told News 12.

Batwin also does kickboxing and pilates. She says her mother always told her to keep moving.
