1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
8 tbsp Vegetable Shortening
4 tbsp Butter, unsalted, softened
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Ground Walnuts
Preheat oven to 350*F.
Measure the flour, ground nuts and salt into a bowl.
In the bowl of a stationary mixer fitted with a paddle, cream the
butter, shortening, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Scrape down the bowl and add the dry ingredients. Mix until well
combined
Scoop cookies onto a parchment lined sheet pan. Re-roll each
