Stony Brook holiday tradition is four decades strong

A very special holiday tradition in Stony Brook has been going 40 years strong.
The annual holiday festival in the village had puppets taking to the streets for a processional called "Legends and Spies."
The puppets are 14 feet tall with a new one added every year.
Organizers say the seven puppets tell the story of the people who gave Long Island it's great history and heritage.
"It gets you right in the mood for the holiday season, it really does," said Gloria Rocchio, Ward Melville Heritage Association president.
