White Plains Fire Department makes spirits bright at special-needs school

Santa and his helpers surprised students Friday at Elizabeth Seton Children's School.
The White Plains Fire Department helped organize the event at the school for special-needs students. It's a tradition firefighters and educators have been putting on for more than 30 years.

"These children face so many challenges every day. It's our privilege to bring them such an exciting experience and let them just be kids and enjoy the holiday season," says Principal Jennifer Geskie.
Firefighter Tom Devine knows how much it means to the students. His son attends the school.
“Every year gets better and better," he told News 12.
