Husband of missing woman Jennifer Dulos asks court for access to his 5 children

Posted: Updated:

Fotis Dulos is asking a court to have his divorce from his missing wife dismissed.

His lawyer filed the court documents, which also asked for access to his five children, on Thursday.

The children are currently being cared for by Dulos' mother-in-law, Gloria Farber. Dulos claims that Farber has not shared any information about his children with him

Dulos and his girlfriend Michelle Troconis are facing charges of evidence tampering and hindering prosecution in connection with the case of his missing wife Jennifer.

His attorney argues that despite the criminal charges, Dulos is innocent and should not be kept from his children.

Jennifer Dulos disappeared on May 24.
