The Norwalk Police Department honored one of their own recently diagnosed with brain cancer through a CrossFit fundraiser Tuesday.
Norwalk police officer Cesar Ramirez was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer, a few weeks ago.
Proceeds from the fundraiser, held at CrossFit Norwalk, will go to Ramirez and his family.
Ramirez has served as a police officer for more than 30 years.
