Norwalk group urges adults to mentor young people with visual impairments

It's National Mentoring Month and a Norwalk group is urging adults to mark the occasion in a specific way.

Members of the National Federation of the Blind say you should consider mentoring young people who can't see.

They say mentors often become role models who take on the extra role of supporting kids in developing new skills.
