Bridgeport police say a stabbing landed one person in the hospital Saturday morning.

Authorities say they were called to the 200 block of Cottage Street around 9:30 a.m.

They say a family member had arrived at their house a short time earlier with stab wounds to her arm and hand.

Police say the victim's injuries are not life threatening. It was not immediately clear where the stabbing took place.
