Republican candidate wins special election for Greenwich's 151st Assembly District seat

Posted: Updated:

It appears that Republicans have held on to another House seat vacated by a newly elected first selectman.

Results posted on the Secretary of State's office show Republican Harry Arora defeating Democrat Cheryl Moss for Greenwich's 151st District seat.

Arora will replace former representative and now current First Selectman Fred Camillo.

Republicans also kept a seat in Fairfield vacated by First Selectwoman Brenda Kupchick.
