Chef's Quick Tip: Chocolate Lava Cake

Douglas Vasquez, the chef and owner of Fairfield Social Restaurant, shows Tina Redwine how to make some warm winter dishes. 
 
Ingredients:

1lbs semi sweet chocolate chips
1lbs unsalted butter
1cup sugar
1/2cup flour
8 whole eggs and 8 egg yolks
Method:
Step 1- Melt chocolate chips and butter over boiling water at low medium heat.
step 2- Add the sugar, flour, and eggs and beat till its all mixed well.
Step 3- add mixture to buttered tins where they will be baked in.
