A Stamford man exposed and groped himself in front of two women who were shopping in Stamford, police say.

Police say 19-year-old Nybree Hill touched himself in front of a woman at the downtown Target on Jan. 20.

They say he did the same thing to another woman at Macy's the next day.

Police credited the victims for coming forward, and say both women wanted to identify the suspect to prevent him from doing it again to more women.
