Gov. Ned Lamont announced Saturday that Windsor Locks is getting a new train station.
Connecticut's Department of Transportation received a grant of over $17 million to build the new Hartford Line railroad station.
It will be adjacent to the new Montgomery Mills apartment complex along the Windsor Locks Canal.

This new station will help the town maximize economic and transit-oriented development opportunities and invest in their future.”
