This week, chef shows Tina Redwine how to make traditional Irish dishes. 
Irish Scones
Makes 100 scones 
24 cups flour
5 T spoons salt
5 Table spoons baking soda
10 Table spoons baking powder
1 ½ lb butter
2 boxes raisins
2 ½ quarts buttermilk
4 cups sugar
 
Method:
Combine all ingredients (dry first then wet) with hands
Spoon onto baking sheet with grease proof paper
Brush with egg wash
Bake in oven 400 degrees for 20 mins or 
until golden color.
