Police: Teen defies protective order, chokes victim for refusing to go for a walk

A Fairfield man faces multiple charges in a case of domestic violence.

Police say Charles Toth, 19, violated a protective order by talking to the victim and asked her to go for a walk in the woods.

Toth allegedly used a sweatshirt to choke the victim until she passed out when she refused.
