Residents waited to be tested for COVID-19 at a drive-through testing site in Stamford Wednesday.
The testing site at Bedford Hall Apartments is being done by Murphy Medical Associates.
The tests are held daily from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. for those who have an appointment and telephone confirmation, officials say.

Although the drive-through testing site is being done privately, Gov. Ned Lamont approved seven testing sites at hospitals across Connecticut.
The impact of coronavirus around the world
Stamford Health is one of them and the others include Greenwich, Bridgeport, Yale New Haven, Waterbury, Danbury, and Bristol hospitals.
