The coronavirus is helping a farmers market in Westport, where sales are booming.

Business is a little different at the Westport Farmers' Market. Everything is pre-ordered online. The bags have customers' names on them. Customers sign up for a pickup time and each order is placed on a separate table.

Despite these changes, the market is getting a lot of business - 400 customers Thursday alone.

"We've had to shift from a face-to-face, direct marketing approach, to being able to do everything behind the scenes," says Stephanie Maynard, of Ox Hollow Farm. "Our entire counter has shifted to being able to see online."

Some farms say the pandemic has actually been good for business. As grocery stores limit supplies, people can come and get all the homegrown produce and meats they want.
