Police arrested a man in connection to a Shelton crash that killed two people and sent a third to the hospital.

Rakiem Reid, of North Carolina, was extradited Friday by police.

Officials say Reid was under the influence and driving recklessly when he crashed his car on River Road in February.

Lily Pirulli, 20, and Adrain Miles, 31, were killed in the accident.

Meghan Nealy, 26, was left in critical condition.
