Lamont: Phase 3 reopening put on pause due to increase of COVID-19 cases across country
Gov. Ned Lamont is putting plans to reopen some parts of Connecticut's economy on hold during phase three because of an increase in new COVID-19 cases around the U.S., he announced Monday.
