TMZ: ‘Jersey Shore’ star JWoww claims contractor was under the influence on job

Jersey Shore’ star JWoww was hit with a lawsuit by a check cashing company after she hired a home improvement contractor who she kicked out for being under the influence, according to TMZ.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, JWoww stopped a check from cashing because of a bad contractor named Anthony Dai.
The lawsuit says the reality star hired Dai to lay tile in her New Jersey mansion, but he showed up at 10 p.m. and was under the influence. That’s when she kicked him out.
JWoww claims the contractor also left behind his cell phone and wet saw.
She then put a 'stop payment' on the $1,250 check, but it was cashed, and the check cashing company sued her for the money.
The Ocean County Clerk tells TMZ the case has been settled.
