Police say they arrested James Digangi shortly after a burglary.

A Milford man is facing charges after police say they caught him minutes after breaking into a car.
Police say when they arrested James Digangi Tuesday, he had some of the stolen items, including a GPS and flashlight.
Police say Digangi also had marijuana and drug paraphernalia on him.
They say he admitted to breaking into other cars in the area.
