One person was killed and three others were injured after a Metro-North train struck a vehicle in West Redding.
The incident occurred on Long Ridge Road this afternoon. Authorities say that after the victims' station wagon was hit by the train, it was thrown nearly 200 feet.
Authorities report that the two people who were on the train at the time were not hurt.
