Police: 16-year-old girl dead, another teen injured in tubing accident in Greenwich

Police say a 16-year-old girl died in a tubing accident Wednesday in Greenwich. Another teen girl was injured. Police say the two girls were tubing in the Long Island Sound off Greenwich Point Park.
