The Norwalk Public Library is hosting a costume giveaway on Oct. 14.
The library is currently collecting new and gently used costumes in all sizes.
Organizers said the costumes will be arranged by size for caregivers and their children to choose.
Anyone interested can go to the library on Belden Avenue between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday.
