The Butternut farm in Southport is bringing the community together to make flower bouquets and selling them to support Magen David Adom – Israel's national emergency service organization.

Keric Kenny, the owner of the Butternut farm, said their goal is to sell over $1,000 this weekend.

"Hopefully, it'll be meaningful for the cause, but also, it's to show our friends in the community that we are behind them, we are supporting them at this time, and really just want to do something to show them we love them, and we are here for them," said Kenny.

He says two bouquet sizes are available for purchase and people can also donate different amounts to support the cause.

Kenny says the Michael Bloomberg foundation is matching donations.

Anyone interested in donating can visit the farm at 1120 Hulls Highway in Southport.
