Members of the Bridgeport Islamic community center are calling for a ceasefire in Gaza.

The group organized a march through the streets of Bridgeport on Friday.

Hundreds of people gathered for the protest.

They also delivered a letter to Rep. Jim Himes' Bridgeport office calling on him to support ending the war before holding a rally at McLevy Green.
