The Westport Library's annual StoryFest was held this weekend.
The three-day event features interviews with more than 50 authors, children's books readings and signed books for sale.
There were also seminars on how to write horror and suspense, find your writer's voice and inclusivity in literature.
StoryFest is the library's biggest event.
"It's such a tight-knit community. I think for people who work out of the spotlight for so much of their life, to be able to talk to other writers and to know what they're going through and to have that community, is what makes StoryFest so great," says E.J. Crawford, the library's marketing director.
The event concluded on Sunday with kids' activities and a Halloween parade.
