Police: Bridgeport man faces charges for Norwalk fatal hit-and-run

A man was recently arrested for physically assaulting someone in Greenwich.

Police say Salvatore Scarpelli struck the victim on the left side of their face and hit them in the chest. He has been charged with disorderly conduct and assault.

There is currently no word on the victim’s condition.
