A Milford man is facing multiple charges after smashing a car windshield and a TV during an incident at an apartment Friday night on Naugatuck Avenue.
Police say Anibal Rodriguez and the victim got into an argument. The victim told officers that Rodriguez had smashed a car windshield.
Glass was heard breaking during the argument. Broken bottles were also found by officers in the apartment.
