Suspicious activity at CVS leads Stratford High School to lockdown

School officials said Stratford High School was put in lockdown on Thursday following reports of “suspicious” activity at the CVS on Barnum Avenue.

Heather Borges, the school’s acting superintendent, said Stratford police requested the lockdown because of the proximity to the store.

Borges said the school is safe and out of lockdown.

Officials said there was no threat to the school community.
