Lake Compounce set to open April 27, looking to hire staff

Lake Compounce amusement park in Bristol is planning to open for the season at 11 a.m. on April 27.
Crocodile Cove, the water park, will open on Saturday, May 25.

Lake Compounce is looking to fill more than 1,000 seasonal positions in food and beverage, ride operations and lifeguards.
They are offering up to $18 per hour for some positions.
