Danbury police said a man was arrested after a stabbing that happened over the weekend.

It happened on Saturday on Chestnut Street.

Police charged Austin Turkis with assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

Officials said they found one person who had allegedly been stabbed.

The victim was treated and sent to the hospital.
