Bridgeport Mayor Joe Ganim joined mayors from across the country at the White House for a meeting on homelessness in major American cities.
"What we're doing at the White House is advocating for money for homelessness, certainly in Bridgeport, and for those that have the greatest need here, but also for those in cities across the country," Ganim says.
He says the mayors are also meeting with leaders on Capitol Hill.
