State officials say a man from Bridgeport has been convicted in a 2020 murder.

Jefton Brown has been found guilty for the murder of Jonathan Dawson.

Dawson's body was found near I-95 in East Lyme four years ago.

The jury heard from 20 witnesses and received nearly 60 exhibits of evidence.

Sentencing for Brown is set for Oct 1.
