Police investigate stabbing of man found in car on Bridgeport’s East Side

A two-car crash in Newtown over the weekend resulted in four people being taken to the hospital with injuries.

The conditions of those injured have not been released.

Newtown police and Botsford Fire Rescue responded to the scene, and Botsford Hill Road was briefly closed while crews attended to the scene and cleaned a fluid spill from the crash.
