Police arrested 19 year-old Norwalk resident Bryan Flores-Calero on Thursday and charged him with sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

They say the assault happened on Nov. 21 of last year.

The incident was reported to the police after a family member learned the minor was sexually abused.

Flores-Calero is due in court Feb. 6.
