The symbol painted on the building was described as a Star of David combined with swastikas.

Police learned that other departments were also investigating incidents where a nearly identical symbol was painted on various buildings.

Kuhn was also identified as the suspect, and there was an active arrest warrant out for him.

Kuhn was charged with criminal mischief and intimidation based on bigotry and bias.

After he turned himself in, Kuhn was arraigned at Stamford Superior Court.
