A Greenwich billionaire and his wife are pledging millions to help children across Connecticut.
Officials say Ray and Barbara Dalio will donate $250 per child to fund soon-to-launch Trump Accounts, which will serve as savings accounts for kids.
Any child under 10 living in a ZIP code where the median income is below $150,000 is eligible.
The pledge covers about 300,000 children and totals roughly $75 million. The Trump Accounts program is expected to launch next month.
