A Hunterdon County man was sentenced to 15 years behind bars after a child was secretly recorded inside a Kohl’s changing room.
The sentence was imposed following a store incident that occurred in the county.
Ron Rothman, 52, of Ringoes, pleaded guilty last year to child endangerment.
The prison term was not based solely on the changing room recording.
Pictures and videos of child sexual abuse material were later found on his phone during a police review, prosecutors said.
Rothman will also be required to register as a sex offender.
