Norwalk detectives arrested 23-year-old Damien Ciborowski on May 1 after a search warrant was made for Ciborowski’s home.
Ciborowski is facing charges of electronic stalking, criminal impersonation, second-degree harassment, making false statements, and tampering with physical evidence.
The Norwalk resident is being held on a court-set bond of $250,000. His next court date is set for May 4.
The Norwalk Police Department urges anyone with additional information to contact the police station.
