The Guida-Seibert Dairy Company will be closing its New Britain facility this summer, according to the Department of Labor.
A total of 205 employees will be impacted, the company wrote in a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification.
The first phase of employment terminations will begin July 20.

The company says the facility will be closed by Aug. 31.
Guida Dairy was started in the city by two brothers more than 90 years ago, but has been owned by Dairy Farmers of America since 2012. Their products are currently sold under the Garelick Farms brand.
