Residents of a 24-unit apartment complex on Cowles Street in Bridgeport have been without hot water for nearly a week, forcing them to boil water for their daily needs.
Cheryl Thompson, a 65-year-old resident with respiratory conditions, says the lack of hot water disrupts her medication dispersal and places a heavy burden on residents.
Residents are calling for immediate action from property management.
The property management company did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
