June is bringing us nice, warm weather to start the month! Hot days are on the horizon.

Today will be a sunny day with high temperatures in the mid-80s in the afternoon.

Tonight, will be a partly cloudy night with lows in the low 60s.

With high pressure shifting east, temperatures will continue to climb each day for the next couple of days; however, unlike in the heart of the summer, humidity won't increase so it will have a comparable dry heat.

Friday is forecast to warm again to the upper 80s/ low 90s-- just slightly warmer than Thursday. Sunny skies will be back again. As weather conditions remain consistently warm and dry, a cold front and associated low-pressure systems are expected to move our way from the northwest.

This front will bring rain as early as late Saturday. Despite the front approaching, most of Saturday should be nice, dry and hot!

Afternoon high temperatures on Saturday should be around the low to mid 90s. Saturday's rain start time is still uncertain. It is all dependent on the track and timing of this approaching front; however, it is likely to be a late-night Saturday event that continues into Sunday with Sunday being the better day for expecting rain.

Rain and storms are more likely on Sunday with a chance of lingering into Monday.
