A broken drain pipe caused flooding inside the Target at 21 Broad St. in Stamford, forcing the store to temporarily close.

Target spokesperson Lauren Frank said crews are on-site repairing the pipe, and the store is being cleaned, restocked, and inspected to make sure no water remains inside the building.

It is still unknown when the store will reopen. Updates will be provided as they become available.
