The Stamford New Covenant Center received their first food delivery donation at its newest location ahead of its August opening.

The food was donated by the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints as a part of their America's 250 campaign to help stock the shelves of the new food pantry.

The pantry is set to open on Aug. 11 and is located on 507 Shippan Ave.
