Norwalk schools tap veteran educator, longtime dean for key leadership positions

The Norwalk Board of Education has appointed Evan Byron as the new principal of Ponus Ridge STEAM Academy and Ricquel Pratt as the new assistant principal of Roton Middle School.
Byron brings more than 13 years of experience in education and previously served as a science teacher at Norwalk High School.
Pratt steps into her new role after serving as dean of students at Roton Middle School for the past three years.
