Federal immigration agents made an arrest near the Golden Hill Courthouse in Bridgeport.

The Department of Homeland Security says Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested 49-year-old Roman Dolezel Thursday.

The agency says the Czech national overstayed his legal admission to the United States.

He was arrested for domestic violence and DUI.

Dolezel remains in ICE custody.
